All eligible purchases can be returned /exchanged within 14 days delivery/receipt for a full refund.
CUSTOM sized pieces, used or altered pieces are NOT RETURNABLE.
Return shipping labels are available at a fee of $10 WHICH INCLUDES INSURANCE.
If you chose to ship on your own we HIGHLY recommend insuring the shipment.
Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of receipt. Please include a note in shipping with your original order # and email address. Any monetary difference will be credited to
your form of payment. If there is an increase in cost for the exchange, we will send you a request for the amount. C C and Co. provides FREE shipping on exchanges.
